Strawberry Banana Smoothie
10 fresh strawberries, stems removed
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve!

As prepared below, the nutritional facts are based on 2 chicken thighs. I find one to be plenty filling, and eat extra vegetables. I also replace 2 T of the butter with 2 T of mustard; it tastes "even better" as quoted by my 13-year old!
