If you fail to plan, then plan to fail" or something like that! Use what you've learned over the past month, good and bad, and use it as valuable information when making your plan. Example: if you resolved to "get in shape", joined a gym, went 6 days a week and are back on the couch, you're not alone. "Get in shape" is too general. Zero to 6 times a week at the gym isn't realistic to sustain for most. And what are you doing at the gym? Is it what you need to do to reach your goal?
We can have the best intentions, be motivated, want to accomplish something with our our hearts soooo much and have it backfire. Don't give up yet ~ believe in yourself and make a blueprint! a detailed, realistic outline to move you in the right direction.
