A healthy lifestyle increases your energy, improves your health and your mood; and can reduce that dangerous visceral fat you can't see.
The choices we make day in and day out, the habits we develop and pass on to our children, affect not just us but our friends and family too. And chances are, if you can pinch more than a few inches, there's some seriously dangerous visceral fat beneath all of that.
