Becky has been excellent in designing our time together with a combination of exercises that we both do and some where we are working the same body part but with a different exercise (there's almost 40 years difference in our age!). Such a fun thing to do with a spouse, an adult child or a friend and you don't have to worry about being at exactly the same fitness level. Becky keeps it fresh, fun and is very motivating!!"

I can report that Becky is one of the best trainers I have had. She is very knowledgeable and able to convey this knowledge in such a way that the training is beneficial and enjoyable. Becky pays attention to every move one makes to insure that the exercise and movement is being done properly and safely. Working with a personal trainer can prevent injuries and provide maximum benefit which is exactly what Becky holds as a top priority.
